Rachel McDonald, MA, MPS

Rachel McDonald, MA, MPS (she/her/hers) is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in Montclair State University’s Clinical Psychology PhD Program. Rachel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University in Psychology and Master of Professional Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland. She has experience treating behavioral disorders, dysregulation, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and depression in both those with neurodevelopmental disabilities and neurotypical individuals. Rachel has been trained in various evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and several social skills-based approaches Additionally, Rachel has experience conducting neuropsychological, diagnostic, and educational assessments.
