Natalie Cinnamo, B.A.
Natalie Cinnamo, B.A., serves as the Chief Operations Coordinator at The Child & Family Institute (CFI) and The Weissman Children’s Foundation (WCF). She earned her B.A. in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Sociology from Colgate University.
At Colgate, Natalie worked as Lab Manager in Dr. Rachel Dinero’s Applied Social Health Lab, where she contributed to research exploring resilience, well-being, and functioning within a multicultural social context. She also served as a Wellness Ambassador at the Shaw Wellness Institute, supporting college students navigating mental health challenges.
At CFI and WCF, Natalie oversees clinical research initiatives and operational systems designed to enhance evidence-based, data-driven care for children and families. Her primary research interests lie in developmental psychology, with a particular focus on social and moral reasoning in children’s development.
Natalie plans to pursue a Ph.D. in School Psychology, with the goal of integrating clinical practice and research to develop individualized, evidence-based interventions and support plans for students.
