Natalie Cinnamo, B.A.
Natalie Cinnamo, B.A., serves as the Chief Operations Coordinator at The Child & Family Institute (CFI) and The Weissman Children’s Foundation (WCF). She earned her B.A. in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Sociology from Colgate University.
At Colgate, Natalie worked as Lab Manager in Dr. Rachel Dinero’s Attachment and Social Health Lab, where she contributed to research exploring resilience, well-being, and functioning within a multicultural social context. She also served as a Wellness Ambassador at the Shaw Wellness Institute, supporting college students navigating mental health challenges.
At CFI and WCF, Natalie oversees clinical research initiatives and operational systems designed to enhance evidence-based, data-driven care for children and families. Her professional interests center on the intersection of research and treatment—particularly in understanding how moral cognition and social reasoning influence mental health outcomes.
Natalie plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with the goal of integrating clinical practice and research to advance equitable, empirically supported interventions for individuals.
