George Perron, M.S.

George Perron, M.S., is a 3rd year Counseling Psychology PhD candidate at Seton Hall University.  He has over 8 years of experience as a case worker using CBT and motivational interviewing (MI) in individual and group settings to help young adults and adults with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.  George’s research interests center on protective factors for adolescents and young adults to improve mental health, and he has experience working with young adults on issues including depression, anxiety, attentional disorders, social skills, family conflict, and grief.
