Emma Santo, B.A.

Emma Santo is the Billing Coordinator at CFI and WCF. She prepares invoices and superbills, manages payments, ensures accurate billing records, and resolves any billing discrepancies. She also works closely with clients to offer flexibility with payment options and provide support in navigating billing questions and concerns.

She earned a degree in Psychology with minors in Behavioral Science and Italian from McGill University in Montreal. In addition to her role at CFI, she works part-time as a Research Coordinator in the Department of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, with a focus on oncology. Her previous experience as a pharmacy technician gave her valuable insight into healthcare operations and patient care.

With a strong interest in health sciences, she plans to further her education and explore areas such as neuroscience, genetics, and immunology.
