Emma Fisher is an Intake Coordinator and Executive Assistant at CFI. She graduated from Tulane University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Cognitive Studies as well as a Minor in Japanese. During her time at Tulane, Emma worked as a Peer Health Mentor, educating other students on mental health awareness and substance use. Additionally, she was a research assistant in Tulane’s Social and Wellness Laboratory under Dr. Lisa Molix. Emma also completed an independent study investigating mental imagery’s role in body dysmorphia under Dr. Dan Burnston. Due to Emma‘s passion for supporting youth, she volunteered for a children’s music program, Roots of Music, where she assisted the Director of Community Engagement and was also a human resources intern for a tutoring service, The Sunshine Method, for children in foster care. Emma intends to pursue a career in mental healthcare and attend graduate school to earn a PsyD in clinical psychology.
